Delivery

How much does the shipping cost?

For orders up to $49.99 the cost is $8.99 shipping fee. For orders above $50 the shipping is for free. 

Delivery date is not yet known. What should I do?

Our carrier has not yet sent your package from their distribution center. Wait a few days for the track trace to provide more information. Have you still not received a delivery time after a week? Please contact us via service@ukje.nl.

My parcel did not arrive, what to do?

Please contact us at service@ukje.nl and mention your order number. We will see where your parcel is stuck. Sometimes it takes the post service one or two additional days, or a parcel is delivered to the wrong address.

After you got in touch with us, we will make sure that you will receive your order as soon as possible.

Returns & exchanges

How do I return a product?

You can return your products within 30 days.

1. If you would like to return a product, please send an email to service@ukje.com.

2. Tell us which items you would like to return, your name and your order number.

3. Within a few days you will receive a return label you have to put on your package. Please note: this is not a prepaid label. The return is at your own cost. Furthermore you will receive a return authorization slip. This slip must be included inside the return package alongside the items so we can identify your order.

4. As soon as we received and checked your return we will refund your money.

5. We will send you a notification by email when we receive your return and when we have processed it.

6. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.

7. We can't guarantee refunds for parcels that are returned without the return mailing label and return authorization slip.

How do I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and order the new one.

I received a damaged product, what do I have to do?

So sorry to hear that something is wrong with your order! If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us by email service@ukje.com. Please give us your ordernumber, description of the problem and attach pictures. We will d our very best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

How do I install my cover on my cushion?

On most of the product pages you can find an instruction video. Do you need more help with installing the cover or can't find the video? Please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help!

I have a chair that does not fit the site. Is there a suitable cover?

All Ukje covers have a perfect fit. A perfectly fitting cover is designed for each chair. Send a photo of your chair to service@ukje.nl and we will see if there is a suitable cover.

Can I order my own design?

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible, but please send us your wishes and we will keep tem in mind for future collections!

Do you support any charities?

Of course! Ukje gives 1% of its turnover to Compassion. With this 1%, 20 children in Peru receive care, education and healthy food. At Ukje we want to help and support families. For a happy family! In Europe we do this with our covers, in developing countries with our donations for children. With your purchase you help children in Peru.
