How to order a product at ukje.com

Placing your order with Ukje is fast and easy:


  1. Choose a product from our offered products, you can also filter on special characteristics. If you see a car seat cover, Stokke cushion or Mamaroo accessoire that you like, add it to your shopping cart. 
  2. Continue the checkout by logging in or by guest. 
  3. Choose your payment method.
  4. At last, please check your order. After you did that and accepted our terms & conditions, click on “place order”.
  5. After you completed your order, you will receive a mail from Ukje.com. You will receive your parcel within 3 to 5 working days.

You can find the status of your order in your account at order history.

Cancelling your order

After you paid and checked out, your order is processed super-fast to make sure that you receive your order as fast as possible and we cannot make changes. You can of course return your order within 14 days after reception. Therefore, please consider the page for returning & exchanging.


My order is not delivered

When your order is not delivered, please get in touch with us by mail. We will look for your package and will find a solution.




Shipping costs 

For orders up to $49.99 you pay $8.99 shipping fee. For orders above $50 the shipping is for free. 


How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order you can contact us so that we can provide you the track and trace link of your order.


My parcel is not delivered, what do I have to do?

When your parcel is not delivered within the deliverey time, please contact us and we will find out what happend to your order.
